Los Angeles Accounting & Business Management Firms Merge

Business management firm Kaufman + Bernstein, Inc. has merged with RBZ, LLP, one of the largest Los Angeles-based accounting and business management firms, adding 19 new members to RBZ’s business management practice.

The founders of K+B, Roy D. Kaufman and Howard M. Bernstein, both CPAs, have more than four decades of business management experience, with specialties in representing entertainment industry professionals and high net worth individuals.

Kaufman and Bernstein specialize in providing business management services to the entertainment industry, including actors, writers, directors, producers, composers, as well as company executives and high net worth individuals. They assist clients with the long-term preservation and growth of their net worth through day-to-day financial and business management services.

Kaufman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University. He is actively involved with the Art of Brain (UCLA), American Jewish Committee and Stephen Wise Temple.

Bernstein graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and the Skirball Cultural Center. He is also on the Board of Trustees and Past President of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, as well as the Emeritus Member of the Board of Governors for the Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.
